General Information
We currently only ship within India—this includes all states and Union Territories.
Shipping usually takes 7 days (business days) from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. This will include your order number, product details, and the total amount charged.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your order securely and on time.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.
For standard delivery, most orders reach customers within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
Delivery Time
We make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframe of 7 days.
Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by:

Natural calamities or other force majeure events.
Any issues with courier partners that are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to view real-time updates on your shipment status.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts to the address provided.
In case you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse or held at the nearest courier office for a limited period. We recommend getting in touch with the courier service or our customer support to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Order Delays and Cancellations
Delays: If there is a significant delay in dispatching or delivering your order, we will notify you by email/SMS.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, such as stock unavailability or incomplete shipping information. In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Instead, ask the courier to return it to us and immediately contact our customer support.
In the event any item is missing from your delivery or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a solution as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
